摘要:
探讨了现代学徒制背景下高职院校师资队伍建设的重点工作即“双师型”青年教师的培养路径。充分发挥校企协同育人机制,为青年教师指定学校导师与企业师傅,规划“双导师制”培养路径,实施“三进阶”培养步骤,循序渐进地达成青年教师基本教学能力、专业实践技能、科学研究能力、社会服务能力的四项素质提升,既是高职院校可持续发展的必然要求,也是青年教师自身成长的现实需求。
Abstract:
This paper discusses the key task of the construction of teaching staff, namely, the training of "Dual Professional" young teachers in higher vocational colleges, under the background of modern apprenticeship. To bring into play the cooperative cultivation mechanism between college and enterprise by designating a school mentor and an enterprise master for young teachers, planning "double tutorial system" training path, implementing the training steps of "three phases", and achieving step by step four-aspect quality promotion of basic teaching ability, professional practice skills, scientific research and social service ability for young teachers, are not only the inevitable requirements for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges, also the realistic requirements for young teachers’ growth.
