摘要:
针对高职动漫制作技术专业人才培养无法满足社会需求的现状,提出了动漫制作技术专业“六位一体”的人才培养模式,通过精准分析专业定位、基于工作岗位设置课程体系、制定职业化的课程标准、进行项目导向的情景化教学、校企协同建设教学资源、构建校内外一体化的质量监控体系,全面提升了动漫制作技术专业的人才培养质量。
Abstract:
This paper, aiming at the current situation in the higher vocational education that the Comic and Animation talent training quality cannot satisfy the social needs, proposes a "six in one" talent training mode, through accurate analysis of professional positioning, job setting based curricular system, formulation of professional curricular standards, and project oriented situational teaching, the construction of teaching resources through school and enterprise collaboration and the integration of quality control system both inside and outside schools, which can overally improve the quality of animation training professionals.
